இந்த படத்தின் மேல் எனக்கு எந்த ஸ்பெஷல் காதலும் இல்லை. ஜேம்ஸ் வசந்தன் முதன் முறையாக இசை அமைத்திருக்கும் இந்த படத்தின் ஆல்பம் ரிலீஸ் சமீபத்தில் நடந்தது. இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியின் ஈவண்ட் மேனேஜர் என்ற முறையில் கலந்துகொண்டேன். சுப்ரமணியபுரம் என்பது மதுரையில் நான் வாழ்ந்த பகுதி. என் கல்லூரி காலம் கழிந்த பகுதி என்பதால் ஒரு ஆர்வம். படத்தின் கதைக் களமும் அதே மதுரையைச் சேர்ந்த சுப்ரமணியபுரம் என்பதால் இன்னும் ஈடுபாடு அதிகரித்தது. படத்தில் தெரிந்த ஒரே முகம் கஞ்சா கருப்பு ஒருவர்தான். Lingerie maker Triumph International Japan has unveiled a new eco-friendly concept bra called the “Solar Power Bra”, which aims to stimulate eco-awareness and promote clean energy. The green, high-quality cotton bra features a waist-mounted solar panel that powers a small, chest-mounted electronic billboard or any other electronic device, like mobile phone, MP3 player etc. which you choose to connect. A pair of reusable drink (!) containers attached to the bra cups, allowing the wearer to reduce consumption of aluminum cans and plastic bottles while increasing bust size. When not in use, the containers can be collapsed and stored in small pockets in the cups. Triumph hopes the bra inspires people to think about global warming, the dwindling supply of fossil fuels, and the future of energy.

Three out of four children aged between 10 and 13 are unable to distinguish between basic flavours sweet, sour, bitter and salty, a study by an Austrian university found recently. Only 27.3 percent of children recognised all flavours while 23.6 percent recognised only one, researchers from Vienna's University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences said. In addition, 8.1 percent of the children did not recognise any flavour. The results were significantly lower than those achieved by adults or university students in similar surveys. The researchers said they established a possible connection between a fast food diet and the seemingly degenerating taste buds of Austria's children. The test results of students, who said that they never or almost never ate fast food, were "significantly better" than those who regularly consumed fast food. Tests were conducted on 33 office keyboards and compared with swabs from a toilet seat and a door handle in a public toilet. It was found that the keyboards contained dangerous levels of killer bacteria such as E coli and S aureus. E coli causes diarrhoea, stomach cramps and fever, while S aureus causes skin infections such as pimples, boils and abscesses. Two keyboards had dangerous levels of coliform bacteria that are found in faeces and cause gastroenteritis. One keyboard was five times dirtier than the toilet seat and home to 150 times the acceptable limit of bacteria. "(It) was increasing the risk of its user becoming ill," said the micro- biologist, James Francis. The results were published in the UK's Which? Computing magazine. The biggest source for contamination was people eating at their desks and dropping crumbs that lodge between keys and feed bacteria.
